Your digital download will be emailed to you 2-3 weeks after picture day. If you haven't received it within that time frame, please check your Spam Folder, otherwise please contact our customer service team at 1800-219-0199 or support@mjthomas.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you!

Refunds are issued if we do not have a photo of your student or if the image did not meet our quality standards. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact us at 1800-219-0199 or support@mjthomas.com. We're happy to help!
